Chocolate is changing!
 
Being contacted by the Solkiki team from the future year of 2073, we were trusted with the information that chocolate will be different in the future. The use of dairy has been phased out entirely as an ingredient for chocolate and direct alternatives to dairy aren't as popular anymore. Instead people choose sustainable foods that do not need as many resources (like water), to grow, but great flavour is still very much preferred. No need to compromise on flavour. They beamed us back this recipe, which is now available to customers in the present!
 
Plant-milk-free, dairy free, soy free, cashew free, oat milk free, even coconut milk free white chocolate, like never before.  Just 3 gorgeous ingredients combine to create myriad notes in this coffee-lovers bar.   Cacao butter, Coffee, Cane sugar.  All organic.
 
This bar features an incredible cacao butter from Peru.  We use natural cacao butter, this mean it has not been deodorized. So, it brings it's own flavours and complexity to the bar - pay particular attention to the finish as the melt is almost done... the butter establishes an unbeatable baseline.   It is truly an outstanding cacao butter, during testing it beat every blind, cacao butter taste-test we endured over the course of several months.
 
The coffee we used won 3 gold stars at Great Taste 2021 and we are delighted to be able to use it in this chocolate bar. using it moving forwards.  This is a bar for those who like a intense coffee flavour with complex flavour notes. think peach, vanilla and champagne. Plus the light floral and fruity notes from the cacao butter that fade in towards the end, rounding of the coffee flavours and bringing it all together into one harmonious chocolate symphony.
