4x giant, vegan marshmallows enrobed with our intricate 54% Pineapple Fig Leaf dark chocolate, European Silver medallist 2023 chocolate, dashed with fresh roasted organic macadamia and Dorset Pear pate de fruit.
 
The base chocolate has been evolving in the workshop since 2020.  With lots of moving parts including fig leaf and pineapple, different sugars and cocoa butter, along the usual roast and recipe variables, it took a while for us to decide which to release. 
 
We've remade the chocolate as soon as Dorset's wild fig leaves were ready to harvest.
 
On top of this base chocolate, already complex enough, we've paired a mellow nut and gentle pate de fruit of Dorset Pear.  Enjoy!
