Chuao is a legendary cacao with an exotic and intricate story with many moving parts well over 400 years old... and a flavour profile to match.
 
We have softened the edges here with Cashew, a local nut and a little extra cacao butter.  Working with cacao like Chuao means we can dial down to 59% and still deliver a great sense of the bean's character, while also bringing the creamy sweetness of an accessible milk chocolate.
