Our base 64 earned triple Gold for Europe at ICA and Worldwide Double Gold with Great Taste the year we released it.  The climate in the cloud forest is stable and predictable, this really helps because the farming team value and prize consistency: they deliver the same outstanding cacao every harvest, year on year.  Outstanding work, Freddy, Indira, Nataly and the rest of the team.. Bravo!
 
Celtic Salt kicks the bar into a new direction, with palate-pleasing crystals mixed throughout the bar.  We typically stonegrind our salt and never before with the 64.
 
Everyone enjoyed this combination with such glowing feedback, we've added it to the core range.  The Cult of Salt gets another member :)
