WORLD SILVER 2024 at the ICA.  Guaranteed to be among the best chocolate in the World today, and confirmed the highest scoring plant-based chocolate in the competition with a score of 90.2.
 
The cacao butter in this bar has a naturally creamy and bright floral profile, itself one of the best cocoa butters in the World, and our favourite by far.
 
Added Bourbon vanilla adds a comforting vanilla richness to the profile.  Compare with the Tahitian Vanilla White to see what we mean.  It's  traditional, authentic whole-pod vanilla.  Absolutely nothing plain about this!
 
The cocoa butter is an awardwinning product in its own right with its creamy and pineappley profile, it earned itself the World Gold medal with the International Chocolate Awards in 2020-2021. We have been using this butter since 2019.  We felt it was so amazing, we saw that one coming. Also, we sourced excellent organic, cashew nuts from a great little team and freshly roasted it at Solkiki's own roastery until we get exactly the right profile to pair with the delightful cocoa butter. As always, we use organic, unrefined cane sugar.
